Method 1: Connect with MyPost (recommended)
Step 1: Open Australia Post Centre
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to: WooCommerce → Australia Post Centre
- Open the Settings tab
Step 2: Select your account type
In the Account section, set Account Type to MyPost Business.
Step 3: Connect your MyPost Business account
- Next to the Merchant Token field, click Connect with MyPost
- You’ll be redirected to Australia Post’s login page
- Sign in to your MyPost Business account and grant access
- You’ll be redirected back to Australia Post Centre with a success message confirming the account is connected and the Merchant Token has been loaded
Step 4: Confirm the connection (optional)
Click Test Connection in the Australia Post Centre header to confirm the token is valid.
Then click Save Changes if you make any other settings updates.

Method 2: Manual Token Entry
Use this if Connect with MyPost isn’t available or doesn’t complete.
Step 1: Log into MyPost Business
Go to MyPost Business and sign in.
Step 2: Open Business details
In the top-right corner, click your name, then choose Business details.

Step 3: Open Platform Partners
In the left sidebar, click Platform Partners.
Step 4: Connect to WPRuby
- Find WPRuby in the list (use search if needed)
- Click Connect
- If prompted, accept the Terms & Conditions and add a payment card

Step 5: Copy your Merchant Token
Once connected, click Copy Token next to WPRuby. Use the Copy Token button so the full token is copied.
Step 6: Paste the token in the plugin
- Click Save Changes
- Go to WooCommerce → Australia Post Centre → Settings
- Set Account Type to MyPost Business
- Paste the token into the Merchant Token field
- Click Test Connection to validate it
