- You can find the Australia Post Tracking box on the order’s page. There you can provide the Tracking Number and the Shipping date. It’s important to fill in the two fields in order to display the tracking info to the customer.
- On the My Account page, the customer will find a Track button where he can find the tracking information.
- Also, the customer will find the Tracking info on the Order details page.
Labels Pro #
If you have the Labels Pro version of the plugin, the tracking number will be generated automatically once you create the label, the tracking number will be included in the customer emails, and in their account area.
The admin can also see the tracking number directly on the Orders page.
