Compare Pro and Labels ProCreate WooCommerce Australia Post shipping labels from the order instead of copying addresses, package details, and customs information into MyPost Business or eParcel. Create shipments, print labels individually or in bulk, and add tracking to WooCommerce orders.
A MyPost Business or eParcel account is required to create shipments and print labels.
Create the shipment from the WooCommerce order instead of copying addresses, weights, and contents into Australia Post.
Print one label from the order screen, or process a group of orders in Bulk Fulfillment and download a combined PDF.
Generated consignment details stay on the order and can appear in admin, emails, and the customer Track link.
How it works
The label workflow stays in WooCommerce. MyPost Business and eParcel do not behave identically after the shipment is created.
Open a WooCommerce order, or filter and select several orders in Australia Post Centre → Bulk Fulfillment.
Check package weight and dimensions, choose the postage product, and add Signature on Delivery or Extra Cover when needed.
eParcel can generate the label in one step. MyPost Business creates shipments that you finish through Labels Orders and payment.
After you confirm postage, Generate Label can create the shipment and produce the PDF in one step. Open Shipping Orders when you need the order summary.
Create Shipment(s) first. Labels Orders is where you pay for the shipping order and download labels. Draft Label opens that Labels Orders workflow.
Staff stay on the order screen. The Australia Post Labels Printer calculates postage, creates the shipment, and downloads the PDF.
The Australia Post Labels Printer metabox sits on the order screen.
Confirm package details, then calculate available Australia Post postage prices.
Choose the postage product. eParcel uses Generate Label. MyPost Business uses Create Shipment(s).
Download the print-ready PDF. Use Modify Shipments, or Remove Shipment, when the details need a correction before postage is final.
See the documented order-screen steps in How to print labels and create shipping orders.
Version 7 bulk fulfilment
Bulk Fulfillment lives in Australia Post Centre. It is part of Labels Pro, not a separate plugin. Process a day’s orders, then download one combined label PDF.
Narrow WooCommerce orders by date and status, including Processing and On hold, before you select a batch.
Pre-print checks flag missing weight, dimensions, phone, or customs information so failures surface before postage is bought.
Resolve blocked orders in place, then choose shipment services and apply Signature on Delivery or Extra Cover for the run.
Produce one print-ready label file for the selected orders. Changing WooCommerce order status is a separate Change order status action—it does not happen automatically when labels are printed.
Printing labels does not automatically complete WooCommerce orders. Use Change order status only when you want selected orders moved to Processing or Completed.
This workflow is for creating valid international shipments from WooCommerce, including in-workflow customs corrections. It is not a checkout rate calculator. See Australia Post international shipping for WooCommerce for the combined overseas rates, customs, and label workflow, or show Australia Post rates at checkout when you need live checkout quotes.
Store a clearance description on the product, then edit contents per shipment when needed.
Save a 6–12 digit HS code on the product so international labels start with valid tariff data.
Pre-fill origin, typically Australia, and adjust it on the shipment if a product is sourced elsewhere.
Flag hazardous products so Australia Post receives the declaration on the shipment.
Choose who pays duties for the shipment, including receiver-pays options where supported.
International labels require a business phone number on the from-address.
Match the layout to your printer. Australia Post can fall back to a supported layout for some Parcel, Express, and International products, so not every option applies to every service.
Choose one to four labels per A4 page. Some postage products fall back to a supported A4 layout.
Print one label per thermal A6 page when that layout is available for the selected product.
Turn Australia Post branding on or off where the label product supports it.
Show your trading name on the label. Phone is required for international shipments.
Copy the customer note onto the label, limited to 128 characters.
Toggle signature and transit cover on the shipment so the label matches the service you are buying.
When Labels Pro creates a shipment, consignment details can be written back to WooCommerce. Staff can see them in the orders list and in the Labels Printer. Customers get a Track link to Australia Post, and the numbers can appear on the order and in emails.
Both account types can create shipments and use bulk fulfilment. Label payment and pickup behaviour are not the same. Connect MyPost Business to WooCommerce if that is the account you use.

Account, bulk printing, label sizes, tracking, and how Labels Pro differs from Pro.
Yes. Labels Pro connects to a MyPost Business or eParcel account. Without one of those business accounts you can still use Pro for live checkout rates, but you cannot create shipments or print labels.
Yes. Labels Pro includes Bulk Fulfillment in Australia Post Centre. You can filter WooCommerce orders, select several at once, resolve missing details, and download a combined label PDF.
A4 layouts with one to four labels per page, and thermal A6 labels. Some Australia Post products fall back to a supported layout, so not every layout applies to every postage product.
Yes. For international shipments you can supply customs item descriptions, HS tariff codes, country of origin, dangerous-goods information, and who pays landed costs. A business phone number is required.
Yes. Generated shipment and consignment details can be saved with the order, shown in the admin orders list, included in order emails, and opened through a Track link to Australia Post. The plugin does not show a live scan-event timeline in the customer account.
Pro shows live Australia Post rates at checkout and lets you enter a tracking number manually. Labels Pro includes those rates plus a business-account connection, shipment creation, label printing, bulk fulfilment, and tracking information generated from those shipments.
Yes, with Labels Pro. Contract postage is optional and separate from printing labels. You can print labels without enabling contract rates at checkout.
No. Printing a label does not automatically complete the WooCommerce order. In Bulk Fulfillment you can change selected order statuses through a separate Change order status action.
Create shipments, print labels individually or in bulk, and keep tracking with the order—so fulfilment staff spend less time copying the same details into MyPost Business or eParcel.
