International WooCommerce fulfilment is more than a postage quote. The customer needs an eligible service, and the merchant needs customs details, a shipment, and a label connected to the order.

Offer Economy international parcel options, including sea and air categories, where Australia Post returns them for the destination.
Standard
Show Standard international parcel services when the package and destination make that option eligible.
Express
Include Express International where the order qualifies, alongside slower options when you want customers to compare.
Courier
Display Courier international services when Australia Post eligibility, weight, and destination support them.
International letter services
Quote implemented international letter groups, including registered, economy air, standard, courier, and express letters, when the pack qualifies.

Customs information in WooCommerce
Labels Pro stores product-level customs information and uses it when preparing international shipments. The plugin helps you supply required fields; it does not choose legal classifications or guarantee clearance.
Customs item description
Store a clearance description on the product, then review or edit contents when preparing the shipment.
HS tariff code
Save an HS code on the product so international labels start with tariff data. The merchant chooses the classification.
Country of origin
Pre-fill origin, typically Australia, and adjust it on the shipment if a product is sourced elsewhere.
Quantity
Confirm how many units of each item are included on the customs contents for the shipment.
Item value
Supply the item value used on the international shipment contents.
Weight
Use product and package weight so the shipment contents match what you are sending.
Dangerous-goods information
Flag hazardous products so supported dangerous-goods information can be passed with the shipment.
Landed-cost payer
Where supported, select who is responsible for applicable landed costs for that shipment.
Product titles are not a substitute for a valid customs description. The plugin does not automatically choose HS tariff codes, determine export eligibility, calculate all duties and taxes, or guarantee customs clearance.
HS tariff-code validation
Labels Pro checks the format and presence of HS tariff information where it is required. That is a data check, not legal classification.
Format and presence checks
Labels Pro can validate that required HS tariff information is present and formatted, including a 6–12 digit range.
The merchant chooses the code
Validation helps identify missing or incorrectly formatted data. It does not verify that the chosen code is legally correct for the product.
Not automatic classification
The plugin does not select an HS tariff code for you and is not an automatic tariff-classification feature.

Missing customs data can stop an international label. Fix Customs Data lets staff correct the order and continue the fulfilment run.

International shipping labels
Labels Pro creates the international shipment and downloads the label from WooCommerce. Pro does not print labels. See Australia Post shipping labels for WooCommerce for the full single-order and bulk-label workflow.

Choose an eligible postage product for the destination and package.

Confirm package and customs information
Check weight, dimensions, contents, and customs fields before creating the shipment.

Create the shipment
Labels Pro creates the international shipment through the connected MyPost Business or eParcel account.

Generate and download the label PDF
Download a print-ready label. MyPost Business and eParcel do not use identical label workflows.

Use a supported A4 or thermal layout
Choose one to four labels per A4 page or thermal A6 where the postage product supports that layout.

Save shipment information to the order
Generated shipment and consignment details can stay connected to the WooCommerce order.
Not every layout works for every international product. Creating a shipment does not guarantee customs acceptance.
Bulk international fulfilment
Process mixed domestic and international orders in Australia Post Centre → Bulk Fulfillment. This is part of Labels Pro, not a separate plugin.
Filter and select WooCommerce orders
Work a fulfilment queue by status and date, including Processing and On hold, then select the batch to print.
Distinguish domestic and international orders
Separate overseas orders from domestic ones so customs checks apply where they are needed.
Validate package, phone, and customs data
Pre-print checks flag missing weight, dimensions, phone, or customs information before postage is bought.
Fix missing information, then choose a service
Correct blocked orders in place, select an eligible Australia Post service, and create the shipments.
Generate combined labels
Download one print-ready PDF for the selected orders instead of opening each order separately.
Update order status separately
Printing a label does not automatically complete a WooCommerce order. Change selected statuses only when you want that extra step.
Dangerous-goods information
Dangerous-goods information can be supplied through the implemented international-shipment workflow. Flag products and pass the supported declaration with the shipment.
Limitation
The plugin records and passes supported shipment information. It does not determine whether a product is legally permitted for air, sea, postal, or destination-country transport.
Landed-cost payer
Where supported, the merchant can select the party responsible for applicable landed costs. Availability depends on the account, service, destination, and Australia Post workflow.
This is not a complete duties-and-taxes calculation engine. Selecting a landed-cost payer does not calculate import duties, does not replace customs classification, and is not a delivered-duty-paid service promise.
International contact information
International shipments require complete sender and recipient information before a label can be created.
Business phone number
International labels require a business phone number on the sender details.
Customer phone number
Recipient phone information can be required before an international label is created.
Sender business details
Use the store business name and from-address so the label identifies the sender.
Complete international delivery address
The shipment uses the WooCommerce order address. The plugin does not validate suburb, state, or postcode at checkout.
Extra Cover, signature, and tracking
Use Extra Cover and signature options where the international service supports them, then keep generated tracking details with the WooCommerce order.
Extra Cover where available
Add Extra Cover to eligible international rates or shipments where Australia Post offers that option. Not every international service includes Extra Cover.
Signature options where supported
Signature on Delivery can be included where the selected service supports it. Availability is not universal across international products.
Consignment and tracking information
Generated tracking numbers can be saved with the order and shown in admin, emails, or the customer Track link to Australia Post.
What tracking is not
Customers receive tracking numbers or links, not a live scan-event timeline in their WooCommerce account. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Can I process international labels in bulk?
Yes. What is the difference between Pro and Labels Pro?
Pro includes eligible international Australia Post checkout rates, international parcel and letter services where eligible, and merchant rate controls. Labels Pro includes that rate functionality plus a MyPost Business or eParcel connection, international shipment creation, customs information, international label generation, bulk fulfilment, and generated tracking information.
Do I need MyPost Business or eParcel?
A MyPost Business or eParcel account is required to create international shipments and print labels with Labels Pro. International checkout rates in Pro do not require that business-account connection.
Does the plugin guarantee customs clearance?
No. The plugin helps merchants supply and validate required shipment fields. It does not provide legal, tariff-classification, tax, sanctions, or dangerous-goods advice, and it does not guarantee customs clearance.
Does it calculate import duties and taxes?
No. Where supported, you can select the party responsible for applicable landed costs. That selection is not a complete duties-and-taxes calculation engine.
Can customers track international shipments?
When Labels Pro creates a shipment, tracking numbers or consignment details can be saved with the WooCommerce order and shown through implemented order, email, administration, or customer Track-link workflows. This is not a live scan-event timeline in the customer’s WooCommerce account.
