Letters and prepaid satchels for smaller products
Stores shipping smaller products can quote letter groups and prepaid satchels when the pack qualifies. Tracked-letter rates are merchant-configured, and not all letter and satchel options are live Australia Post API prices.
Domestic and international letter groups
Enable letter quoting for small, light products, with Regular, Express, Priority, and tracked-letter options where implemented.
Prepaid Regular, Express, and Courier satchels
Quote prepaid satchel sizes when items fit, including Extra Small Regular and Express satchels where eligible.
Package-fit checks
Satchel eligibility depends on dimensions and weight. A pack that does not fit is not quoted as that satchel.
Force a product to ship as a parcel
Assign the product shipping class so rigid or valuable items are never quoted as a letter.
Flat-rate MyPost boxes belong to Labels Pro contract postage, not the public Pro rate calculator. Connect MyPost Business for contract postage.

Packaging that improves rate calculations
Useful shipping rates depend on accurate packaging information. The packer assigns products to a configured package before Australia Post services are returned; it does not always reproduce the merchant’s final physical packing decision exactly.

Do I need an Australia Post account?
No. Australia Post Pro can calculate public Australia Post checkout rates without a MyPost Business or eParcel account. A business-account connection is required only for Labels Pro features such as contract postage, shipment creation, and label printing.
Which domestic services can I display?
Where the parcel details and destination make a service eligible, you can offer Regular Parcel Post, Express Post, Courier Post, domestic letter services, eligible prepaid satchels, and tracked-letter options. Only eligible services appear. Not every Australia Post product is available for every order. Tracked-letter prices are merchant-configured fixed prices, not live Australia Post calculator quotes.
Does the plugin support international shipping rates?

What happens if Australia Post does not return a rate?
You can configure a fallback shipping price so checkout still offers shipping when no calculated Australia Post rate is returned. Leave the fallback empty if you do not want that option.
