# Cartavera documentation

Cartavera is a WooCommerce block theme for stores with medium-to-large catalogs. It has a search-first header, dense product grids, WooCommerce's own Product Filters, a three-column product page with a purchase panel, and styled block Cart and Checkout. You edit everything in the WordPress Site Editor. There is no page builder and no external service.

These docs cover Cartavera **1.4.0** with the **Cartavera Blocks 1.2.1** companion plugin.

## What Cartavera shows, and what it doesn’t

Cartavera only shows data your store really has. Ratings come from approved reviews, stock comes from WooCommerce's stock settings, and discounts are worked out from your regular and sale prices. Delivery notes come from your shipping settings. When something isn't set up, for example there are no reviews yet or no returns page, the theme leaves that line out. It never shows a placeholder or an invented number.
