“It worked excellently out of the box and I would have been happy with it as it was, but I thought I would engage with Waseem to see if he was open to making some changes that I have been wondering about for some time. I was pleasantly surprised at both his willingness to support my requests and suggestions and the speed with which the changes were made. He is clearly highly skilled at what he does but also possesses a desire to please his customers that is increasingly rare these days. Highly recommended.”
